Today we pause to honor the brave men and women who gave everything for our freedom. We remember their service with gratitude and pride.
At The Ground Up, we celebrate this day by creating space where adults with autism can belong, connect, and thrive — whether that’s enjoying a calm picnic in the park, creating art together, or simply being part of a community that understands and welcomes them exactly as they are.
Freedom looks like different things to different people. For our community, it means sensory-friendly spaces, real friendships, meaningful activities, and the confidence to show up as yourself.

We’re still feeling so grateful after such an incredible Crawfish Boil!
