an event cancelation, only then will refunds be distributed in full. No shows are not eligible for refunds.

°WE DO NOT accept PayPal transactions. Registration fees can be accepted by cash transactions,Chime transactions,Venmo transactions,or CashApp transactions.

°Directors/coordinators are at liberty to split or combine like aged groups when numbers are too high/low if necessary.


°Signed registration forms are your acknowledgment and agreement to all and/or any terms, conditions, or rules.

°Unsportsmanlike conduct, crude/offensive behavior, violence, and/or bullying displayed by guardians,participants,and/or crown holders will not be tolerated and is grounds for immediate
disqualification.Offenders will be banned from all future events/pageants.Upon the event of a disqualification, your crown and sash is to be turned in to the directors/coordinators promptly and intact/undamaged and that title will be taken over by the participant in that division with the next highest score. If that participant does not or cannot accept the title, it will go to the next highest scoring participant and so forth
°Crowns and sashes are only to be worn at appropriate events out side of scheduled or pre-approved events. In the event of a crown or sash getting damaged, it is the guardian/title holder's responsibility to replace them. If you choose not to, you will not be able to attend any group events or appearances in which the crown and sash is the required attire. Events and appearances are not mandatory but attendance is expected and appreciated.Please keep that in mind when registering when there are no residency restrictions implemented.


°Judges scores are final . Contact of any kind is strictly prohibited and violators will be disqualified immediately.

~All sides will be decided by the judges during division line ups following immediately after the last participant in each group is finished with their walk. The last girl to go will stay on stage after her walk so that the girls lined up off stage can walk immediately back on and in order. . After each participant's walk , she will line up off stage (in numerical order from highest to lowest) and prepare to promptly line up on stage alongside the last girl who walked.

** Side awards DO NOT affect your individual scores whatsoever and are not considered in scoring or tabulation when it comes to who receives queen awards. That is entirely dictated by your scores received during your individual walk.
Photogenic is the ONLY division side award that is not judged while on stage. Photos are to be turned in upon check in and will be judged prior to the pageant. Turning in a photo is not mandatory but it is highly recommended. While it doesn't affect your score , you simply won't be eligible for that award. Photos must be 5×7 or 8x10, colored only, and turned in a clear envelope. Professionally done images are not required but preferred. Photos must be clear, current, and only have the contestant themselves in the image. Since photos will be judged prior the the beginning of the pageant, they are available for pick up during tabulation.

-This title is awarded to the girl who has referred the most participants. A referral is only counted when a participant has paid their entry fee and listed a specific name as their reference. Each referral counts as one point. The girl with the most referrals/points is crowned Miss Host of the Harbor.

-12 queens will be crowned in total (11 division queens)and each division will have their own set of side awards.There will be no breakdowns, suspremes, etc. Keep checking in for more posts and updates !!🙃
