This looks like a good place for a weir!
Digging the sand out to find the bottom of the crack in the rock. A lot of the weir was by nature, as long as there was a bottom that wouldn't leak....

We are starting a new project! Adding 3 feet to the height of Suni Weir on the Pompue River. A really do-able deed. Here's some pictures of the first section of height.

When it rains, there's lots of water.
Preserving some for the long dry seasons and have a reliable water source is crucial to wildlife survival.
