We are thrilled to announce our upcoming 2nd Annual 5K Run and Walk-a-thon event: Special Heroes of Tomorrow, which will take place on Saturday, May 27, 2023, starting at 9 am. The primary objective of this event is to raise awareness and recognition for special needs children in DeSoto, Texas, and the neighboring communities. Our organization aims to provide support and relief for parents with special needs children throughout the academic school year by creating a platform that connects them with the disabled community. This connection enables parents to access crucial resources and valuable information that can serve them for a lifetime during challenging times in their lives. Changing Children With Time is excited to inform everyone that we will provide 4 hours of respite care over the weekend, aiming to provide caregivers with a well-deserved break.
