Important Update on Return Policy for Booster and Gym Event Items

Dear Parents,

Over the past three months, we have received several requests for refunds on items purchased at the Booster or gym events, with some requests dating back as far as two years. While we have processed some returns in the past, we want to clarify our policy moving forward:

No receipt, no return: Moving forward, Koerber Booster will not be able to return or refund any items without a valid receipt. This is in line with current laws, and we believe that 20 days is more than sufficient time to claim any purchased items or resolve any issues.

We understand that life can get busy, and we do not wish to come across as mean or rude. However, with the number of children and the volume of items at our events, it is simply not feasible for us to keep track of unclaimed items indefinitely. If your child misses an event where an item is provided, it is your responsibility to pick up that item.

Due to lack of interest and amoungst other factors, we regret to inform everyone the 2023-2024 Koerber Team Banquet has been cancelled.

We still want to express how proud we are of each and every gymnast and all of their achievements this past season.
