✨ BIG NEWS AT XO RANCH ✨
I am SO excited to officially welcome Jolene Gastelum to the XO Ranch herd as our new Executive Assistant. 🐴❤️
Jolene and I met about five years ago, and over the years I’ve watched her connection to this Ranch, our animals, and our mission grow into something really special.
And now? We get to put all that talent to work. 🙌
Jolene brings 20+ years of business management, administrative, and technology experience, along with a background in healthcare and working with children with special needs. She is also a Reiki Master, Massage Therapist, and Holistic Health Practitioner, with a lifelong love and connection to horses.
For XO Ranch, this is about so much more than adding another person to our team. Jolene brings an entirely new set of skills, perspectives, and possibilities to what we are building here.
And I have a feeling our community can start imagining some of the things we might be getting into next. 👀✨
There’s also a beautiful full-circle piece to this story. Jolene shared an incredibly special bond with our Princeton. ❤️ His impact on her deepened her interest in the connection between horses, humans, healing, trust, and regulation. Having her step into this role while carrying a piece of him with her feels pretty darn special.
XO Ranch is growing very intentionally, and I could not be more excited about what Jolene brings to this next chapter.
