Last Saturday we gathered for our traditional end of the school year luncheon to honor our very deserving VIPs (Bobby Blease, Michelle Lange, Judy Park & Úrsula Sihocky), Distinctive Service recipients (Laura Shepin & Claudia Fernandez), and to celebrate AATSP American Association of Teachers of Spanish and Portuguese’s University Teacher of the Year, Claudia Fernández. It was a lovely way to conclude the the academic year, hearing heartfelt words about the inspiring contributions of our colleagues throughout the Chicagoland area. We are grateful to our leadership team of Barb Pietroski,
MaryJo Aronica & Susan Ranft for organizing the event. ¡Enhorabuena a todos los galardonados!
