⚓ Mayflower II is heading home!

Today, Thursday, July 16, Mayflower II begins her journey back to her home berth in Plymouth, Massachusetts, following her participation in the historic Sail Boston celebration commemorating the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.

It was an honor to be part of this once-in-a-generation maritime event, and we're excited to welcome Mayflower II home, where she will continue inspiring guests with the revolutionary ideas that took root here in Patuxet/Plymouth.

The 106-foot vessel will be towed by Stasinos Marine of Fall River, Massachusetts, accompanied by Plimoth Patuxet's Maritime Preservation and Operations team. Please note that her travel schedule is weather-dependent and subject to change.

We anticipate reopening Mayflower II to visitors on Saturday, July 18, at 9:00 a.m.
