On Thursday September 3, the Esslingen Tanzgruppe went for a Wendella boat tour and took a tour of Willis Tower. The Nemetker Tanzgruppe and Kleinturwaller Musikanten went to Milwaukee. American Aid Society and Chicago Donauschwaben hosted a Pizza party in the evening for all the guests. Photos MG

We were proud to welcome the Esslingen Tanzgruppe from Germany, the Nemetker Tanzgruppe and Kleinturwaller Musikanten from Hungary on Wednesday, September 2. It was a wonderful and memorable evening filled with authentic traditional dances, beautiful music, vibrant costumes, and the rich cultural heritage of these talented visiting groups. Their performances gave everyone a special opportunity to experience and celebrate Donauschwaben traditions alongside performers who traveled from Europe to share their culture with us. A heartfelt thank you to all of our guests, volunteers, cooks, planners, and everyone who worked behind the scenes to make this special evening such a tremendous success. Your time, dedication, and support are what make events like this possible. We are grateful for the friendships, traditions, and cultural connections that bring our Donauschwaben community together.
