As we continue into fall, we want to be intentional about growing together as a church family. 🍂

These aren’t just goals to check off a list. They’re opportunities to grow in faith, strengthen our relationships, and align our lives more closely with Jesus.

Let’s keep growing together this fall!

Lord, help us to learn the unforced rhythms of grace and find rest in you 🙌

Today’s sermon reminded us of a truth we can’t afford to overlook: eternity reveals what life conceals.

May this truth shape how we live, what we prioritize, and how we respond to Jesus each day. We would love to have you join us again next week to continue hearing what Jesus tells us about eternity. 🤍

🔋 Low battery? We know a place.

There’s nothing like worshiping together and getting re-centered on Jesus. We would love to see you this Sunday!

Capitol City Spotlight 🌟

Grounds Crew Volunteers

There’s a lot that goes into keeping our church property looking its best, and we are so thankful for the volunteers who make it happen!

Our Grounds Crew volunteers spend countless hours caring for the property through every season — mowing, weeding, trimming trees, removing snow, spreading ice melt, and so much more. A lot of this work happens behind the scenes, but it makes such a difference in how our church looks and feels when people arrive.

We are incredibly grateful for the time, hard work, and dedication this team gives to take care of our church property. It takes a lot of time and effort, and we truly appreciate every hour they put in!

Thank you, Grounds Crew, for all you do to serve our church. We couldn’t do it without you!

Enjoy working outdoors? We’re always happy to have more helping hands join the team!

Want to go back and revisit Sunday’s message? 👀

Sermon notes are available each week on the Capitol City Church app!

Take some time this week to review what we heard, reflect on what God is teaching you, dive into Scripture for yourself, and keep the conversation going long after Sunday. 📖❤️

A reminder from this week’s sermon.

“Just as people are destined to die once, and after that to face judgment.” Hebrews 9:27

Our lives are temporary, but eternity is not. May this truth remind us to live with purpose, keep our eyes on Jesus, and be intentional about the people God has placed around us. Have a blessed week!
