Where do you think the leftover lasagna at Hubbell goes at the end of the day? What about the hundreds of pounds of food from Relays Week and all the catering events that Drake holds? Previously this was food waste but Drake University and Sodexo are excited to announce the start of a Food Recovery Program! This program will help relocate these resources to provide nutritious meals to people in ne

ed in the Des Moines area. Student volunteers are needed to help transport the food from Hubbell's holding location to the local agencies on a weekly basis. This group will keep you posted on updates and news regarding food recovery as well as opportunities for volunteer and leadership roles!
