Beaverdale Business Coalition The BBC is a group of Beaverdale business owners/operators working to develop a robust commercial environment within Beaverdale.

The BBC meets on the second Monday of every month at 6:30 PM. It hosts an annual meeting, open to the public, every June. The BBC advocates for the Beaverdale business community on both a consumer and B2B level. Some of its ongoing projects include:

Better in Beaverdale: A showcase of neighborhood businesses, held on the last Thursday of every month, featuring different specials, events, and prom

Beaverdale Bluegrass Festival: Held annually in July in conjunction with the Beaverdale Neighborhood Association, the Bluegrass Festival brings local and regional bluegrass, roots, and soul bands to the neighborhood for a free outdoor concert. Shop Hop: Held on the first Saturday of december in conjunction with the BNA, Shop Hop highlights Beaverdale's retail stores and restaurants. Event features vary year-to-year. Beaver Avenue Streetscape: Completed in 2016, the Streetscape project was a $2 million revitalization effort along Beaverdale's business corridor. The BBC facilitated the project and continues to oversee the SSMID Board, which is charged with the ongoing maintenance of Streetscape.
