The Mt. Baker Redevelopment is a powerful example of what community-centered development can look like — bringing together affordable housing, childcare, education, workforce development, and economic opportunity in one place.
On a 3.8-acre site near the Mt. Baker LINK station, the project will create 434 affordable homes, including family-sized units, along with public spaces and community services.

For LIUNA 242 this is what opportunity looks like: projects that invest in communities while creating pathways to family-supporting careers in the skilled trades.
