Every skill begins with an opportunity. In this class, students are learning by watching, practicing, asking questions, making mistakes, and trying again.

That process matters. It helps young people build confidence, develop perseverance, and discover what they are capable of.

Workforce development is about helping young adults prepare for what comes next. Through our FCS cohort, participants have opportunities to develop practical skills, practice professional habits, receive guidance, and build confidence.

We want young adults to see possibilities for their future and have the support they need to take next steps. This work takes staff, mentors, employers, volunteers and financial partners.

Groups provide meals, serve on campus, support activities, lead projects, or develop an ongoing partnership with Freedom for Youth.
