Although 🥎 is our thing, every kid that wants to play a sport should have an opportunity. At Every Kid Sports, they believe that every kid deserves the chance to play sports, regardless of their financial situation. Unfortunately, many kids miss out on the physical, social, and developmental benefits sports provide due to financial barriers.

Their financial grant program, the Every Kid Sports Pass, provides qualifying families financial support to pay their child’s youth sports registration fees, up to three seasons, per year. And, it’s the kid’s choice––every sport is ‘in play.’

Recently we shared DEITY Fastpitch's inaugural Intro to Softball Pitching Clinic at the historic Willkie House in Des Moines — and we're sharing it again because the story just got better.

🥎Rumor has it one of our clinic attendees will be taking the circle for her team this fall in the '26 -'27 season.💖 THAT is DEITY Fastpitch's mission in action. Introduce. Reach. Teach.

Whoa, in a seven day span- we got to witness the excitement of the Women's College World Series and now the excitement of the start of the Athletes Unlimited Softball League - AUSL professional season🥎

Did we forget to mention- Central Iowa Softball was on🔥 over the last month?
🥈DMACC Softball finished #2 in the NJCAA World Series
🥉Simpson College Softball finished #3 in the NCAA D3 World Series
🥇Central IA's Teagan Kavan again led Texas Softball to a WCWS Championship

🥎 Fusion Softball Tryout Registration is Open🥎

As Fusion Softball continues to expand, we are excited to open registration for 7U–12U tryouts. We look forward to welcoming returning players and meeting new families interested in joining our program.

🥎Program Highlights
• Access to outdoor fields, batting cages, indoor training space, and new pitching development areas currently under construction
• Strong focus on individual skill development and team growth
• Commitment to developing confidence, work ethic, and a positive team culture
• Expansion into the 12U division with plans to field multiple competitive teams
• Opportunities for private instruction and clinics led by collegiate athletes

📅June 23–24

🕛 Time: 7/8U - 5-6 pm, 9/10U - 6-7:15 pm, 11/12U - 7:15-8:30 pm

• Please arrive 15–30 minutes early for check-in and warm-ups
• Pitchers and catchers may need to stay a bit longer for evaluations
• Check-in will be located north of Field #9 at the softball shed
