A morning accident has affected power in the neighborhood. Please report any issues to Mid American asap. Some residents and businesses are still affected.

A third-party accident on the 5900 block of NW Beaver Drive this morning, August 24, has caused a road closure. Traffic is currently being diverted at 57th Ave. and 62nd Ave. to Merle Hay Road. More information will be shared as it becomes available.

Annual chalk the walk before the kiddos go back to school at Samuelson Elementary School!

Shout out to the Samuelson PTO for hosting and to all the amazing families, faculty, and students that got creative for the incoming school year!

Did you catch our Summer meeting in June? If not, there is still time to catch us before the year wraps up.

As we slowly make our transition into Fall please check out the dates for our upcoming meetings that will take us into the end of the year.

All of our meeting are hosted at Polk County River Place from 7-9pm, in conference #1. (signage will be up)

At tonight's meeting we will be discussing recent development happening on Lower Beaver Road as well as preparing for back to school season too.
