Another step in the right direction!! As of March 1, 2021, USCIS will revert back to using the 2008 version of the civics test for immigrants applying for naturalization. The newer version that had gone into effect January 1, 2021 has been proven to cause inequities and barriers for applicants whereas the 2008 version had been tested thoroughly and proven to be a fair and balanced test of American civics.

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services announced today it is reverting to the 2008 version of the naturalization civics test beginning March 1, 2021.

This is very good—although tenuous—news. In defiance of President Joe Biden's moratorium on deportations, Immigration And Customs Enforcement (ICE) has been running two flights a day in their hurry to deport as many people as possible. For now, at least, these families will be protected.
