Waterloo Friends: Is your past standing in the way of your future?

Iowa Legal Aid is offering free legal assistance through our Waterloo Expungement & Employment Barriers Clinic on July 23, 2026, from 3:00–7:00 p.m. at the Jesse Cosby Center in Waterloo.

Eligible individuals may receive help removing certain dismissals and misdemeanor convictions from public records, as well as assistance with barriers related to vehicle registration and driver's licenses.

⚠️ Prior registration is required by June 30, 2026, and space is limited. Registration is first come, first served. No walk-in appointments will be available.

Thanks to the Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque for supporting Iowa Legal Aid with a grant to help stabilize housing for individuals and families in Dubuque, Clayton, and Clinton counties.
