Congratulations to Des Moines Fury on an incredible 2nd Place finish in the D Division at the 49th Annual Gay Softball World Series! 🥈🥎

Fury entered bracket play as the no. 1 seed out of 95 D Division teams and finished the series with an incredible 13-2 record. Their run was packed with nail-biters, including multiple walk-off wins and extra-inning battles, as they fought all the way to the championship game!

Des Moines teams have been competing at the GSWS for less than a decade, and this marks the best finish yet for a Des Moines team at the Series!

Congratulations, Fury, and thank you for representing Pride Sports League and Iowa on such a huge stage. We’re incredibly proud of you! 🏳️‍🌈 🏳️‍⚧️
