Last call to apply for our board of directors! We are accepting applications until July 31.

Our volunteer board manages all organizational programming and activities. We meet monthly (second Tuesday evenings at 6:30 pm) and board members are actively engaged in planning and implementing activities and organizational programming between these meetings.

Some potential roles board members can fill include:

Commissioner - organize and lead the implementation of one or more of our once-a-week sports leagues with board support

Club Lead - organize and lead the implementation of one or more of our free club offerings

Sports Development Committee - oversee logistics of our offered leagues and clubs (ex. updating rule documents, finding appropriate facilities, drafting programming schedules)

Infrastructure Committee - review and update the policies and procedures of the organization (ex. board of directors manual, finance policy)

Community Engagement Committee - plan and execute regular social events for league participants and the organization's presence at community events (ex. Pride festivals)

Marketing Committee - create and distribute promotional materials, help maintain our social media presence

Equipment Manager - oversee storage and purchase of sports equipment

Join Pride Sports League and the Rook Room for our first-ever Sports Trivia Night! Whether you're the person who knows every obscure sports fact or you're just along for the laughs, this is a fun way to spend an evening with friends [ and maybe make a few new ones ]

Bring your own team or come solo, we'll make sure everyone has a chance to play!

Join us for a special Open Gym featuring Yogini Krystal, a Rage Yoga Certified instructor who believes yoga isn't about touching your toes, looking a certain way, or taking yourself too seriously.

This is an 18+, beginner-friendly class focused on building strength, mobility, resilience, and confidence in the body you have today. No experience required, and perfection definitely isn't expected.

Whether you're looking to de-stress, move your body, or just spend an hour with great people in a welcoming space, we'd love to have you there.
