A big congratulations to Tim Grabinski, our 2026 Board Member of the Year!

Since joining our Board in 2012, Tim has been an incredible advocate for Junior Achievement and the students we serve. By sharing his expertise and helping guide our organization, Tim has consistently gone above and beyond to support our mission of preparing young people for what's next.

This year, Tim served as Co-Chair of our Community Engagement and Marketing Committee, helping us strengthen relationships, expand our reach, and tell the JA story across Central Iowa.

We're grateful for Tim's years of leadership, partnership, and commitment to Junior Achievement. His dedication has helped advance our mission and create more opportunities for students across our region.

Thank you, Tim, and congratulations on this well-deserved recognition!

A summer job is more than a paycheck, it’s often a young person’s first step toward independence, confidence, and career readiness.

Through hands-on experiences, students learn how to communicate, problem-solve, manage responsibility, and navigate the workplace, skills that last far beyond the summer season.

At Junior Achievement, we’re helping prepare students for those opportunities and the future ahead.
