Eastview Community Center The Eastview Community Center is connecting with community organizations in order to use this facility to serve the people of the Des Moines area.

Eastview Community Center is a hub for partnerships doing good for the community...with the community, through good works and partnership, to reach diverse groups, and ultimately to impact as many as possible in the Des Moines area. Our partnerships focus on four key program areas: service, relationships, compassion, and wellness.

Eastview Food Pantry is part of the DMARC network. Please help out this weekend if possible. Our top donation needs are Peanut Butter, Canned Fruit in its own juice, and Whole Grain Cereals.

We're sorry to say, but because of the thunderstorm predictions for Friday night and high winds and cold temps for Saturday morning, we are canceling the Egg Hunt. The ground is too saturated for us to safely park cars in the field. We will plan on having the egg hunt next year the day before Easter. Look for our Trunk or Treat in October and Breakfast With Santa the first weekend of December. Have a safe, blessed, and happy Easter.

With the closing of school districts in the metro because of the heavy snowfall, Eastview Pantry will be closed today, Friday February 20. We will reopen on Tuesday the 24th at 2 PM.
