The Iowa Chapter was honored to attend the NOBLE National Conference in Dallas, Texas!

This year’s conference was especially significant as we celebrated the 50th Anniversary of NOBLE. It was an unforgettable week filled with opportunities to learn, lead, connect, and make a lasting impact alongside law enforcement professionals from across the nation.

Attending the NOBLE National Conference provides our members with valuable knowledge, meaningful connections, and innovative ideas that we can bring back to Iowa. These experiences strengthen our ability to serve our communities, support one another, and continue advancing NOBLE’s mission throughout our state.

We are grateful for the opportunity to represent Iowa and look forward to putting what we’ve learned into action.

Members of the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) – Iowa Chapter were honored to attend a meaningful Juneteenth celebration, commemorating freedom, resilience, and the continued pursuit of equality.

The event was powerful and inspiring with messages that challenged, motivated, and empowered all in attendance. We were especially honored to hear from Daryl Davis, renowned musician and internationally recognized advocate known for his extraordinary work in helping individuals abandon racist ideologies through conversation, understanding, and human connection. His message served as a powerful reminder of the impact that courage, compassion, and dialogue can have in creating lasting change.

We were also privileged to be in the presence of Senator Renee Hardman, whose leadership, passion, and commitment to serving communities continue to inspire future generations.

As law enforcement professionals, NOBLE members remain committed to fostering trust, promoting equity, and strengthening relationships within the communities we serve. Events such as these provide valuable opportunities to reflect on our history, celebrate progress, and reaffirm our dedication to positive change.

This Mother’s Day, we recognize the women who balance one of the toughest jobs in the world — being a mom — alongside serving and protecting their community. We also recognize grandmothers, stepmothers, and mother figures whose love and support make a difference every day.
