Minnesota’s Northstar Chapter hosted an exceptional Region IV Conference offering members an incredible experience! NOBLE members attended various engaging workshops, listened to an inspiring keynote speaker from Hennepin County Sheriff Witt, and engaged in countless opportunities for fellowship and networking. The conference also featured a behind-the-scenes exclusive tours of the Vikings practice and training facilities and Mall of America, making the event even more memorable!

A heartfelt thank you to everyone whose hard work and dedication made this conference such a success. We hope to see everyone at the National Conference to celebrate the 50th anniversary of NOBLE!

This Mother’s Day, we recognize the women who balance one of the toughest jobs in the world — being a mom — alongside serving and protecting their community. We also recognize grandmothers, stepmothers, and mother figures whose love and support make a difference every day.

A few of our NOBLE women had the privilege of being invited to assist with a Women’s Self-Defense course hosted by Empigo!

In addition to taking part in the training, they led a session focused on building confidence, strengthening emotional intelligence, and developing mental preparedness.

A special congratulations goes to President Saadiq on her promotion to Assistant Director for the Iowa Law Enforcement Academy!!

🎉 Congratulations to Naimah Saadiq - ILEA's New Assistant Director!

Naimah has demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise throughout her law enforcement career. At the ILEA, she has led and supported instruction in numerous programs, including cultural awareness, community partnerships, communication skills, de-escalation, defensive tactics, driving, vehicle stops, and more.🚔

Her professional background includes service as a Police Officer with the Ames Police Department, where she served on the Sexual Assault Response Team and Crisis/Hostage Response Team. She has also worked as a Senior EEO Consultant and Civil Rights Investigator, and as a Police Personnel Recruiter for the Arizona State University Police Department.

Naimah holds a Bachelor's in Criminology from Iowa State University and a Master’s in Public Safety Leadership & Administration from Arizona State University.🎓
