✨ Golden Feathers are helping us reach our goal of feeding 2,000 Iowans this Thanksgiving! 🦃

When you donate towards 5 Feathers, your name will be placed on a Golden Feather on our turkey!

Each Golden Feather helps provide enough food for 5 local families to enjoy a Thanksgiving meal together.

Our goal this year is to help 2,000 individuals, and we’re so grateful for everyone who helps make that possible. Whether you give a Feather, a Golden Feather, or simply share the news with someone who may want to participate, you’re helping us bring our community together through the gift of giving.

🦃 We’re excited to bring back our annual Thanksgiving Basket Drive on November 23rd!

Through Thanksgiving Sponsor-A-Basket Drive, Concepts Cares Foundation is bringing our community together to help provide Thanksgiving meals for local families in need.

Here’s how you can help:
🪶 $75 = 1 Feather + enough food to provide a Thanksgiving meal for a local family
✨ 5 Baskets = 1 Golden Feather + enough food to provide Thanksgiving meals for 5 local families

As donations come in, feathers will be added to our turkey to represent the families we’re helping. Our goal this year is to provide Thanksgiving meals for 1500 individuals across Iowa!

Concepts Cares Foundation, we love celebrating people who make their communities stronger, and Josh and Michelle - out of REMAX Concepts Altoona Office - are a shining example. 🙌

From coaching youth teams to cheering on students from the sidelines, they've poured their time and hearts into Southeast Polk for nearly two decades. As co-founders of WeGiveARam, they've helped raise over $50,000 for local causes and fund 21 scholarships for SE Polk grads. 🎓
