What a day of connection, inspiration, and generosity! Thank you to everyone who attended, sponsored, volunteered, and supported our Success Luncheon.

Your support fuels our Helping Hands program, which helps women overcome financial barriers to their next step, whether that means completing a final class, paying a certification fee, or covering essentials while starting a new job.

Missed the luncheon? You can still help us put opportunity within reach for more women.

At this year’s Success Luncheon, we’re honoring Patti as one of our Volunteers of the Year!

For years, Patti has supported women across central Iowa as both a Personal Stylist and a Success Coach. She has had the rare opportunity to walk alongside a woman through both career growth and the experience of choosing clothes that give her the confidence she need to take the next step.

Our late board member Julie Wolfe, a 2025 Volunteer of the Year, shared that empathy was the value that led her to a decade of service with Dress for Success Des Moines. Patti carries that value forward in the care and encouragement she gives the women we serve. Thank you, Patti, for seeing the whole person and supporting her journey.
