🌱 A new chapter begins for Mic!

Through the National Farmworkers Job Program, Mic connected with Proteus while pursuing his Associate of Science in Agriculture at Northeast Community College. With a goal of entering the agriculture workforce, he worked hard to balance his education, career goals, and the challenges along the way.

In 2025, Mic celebrated an incredible achievement by graduating with his Associate of Science in Agriculture. Today, he is building his career with CSI as a sales representative.

Mic’s story is a reminder that determination, resilience, and the right support can open doors to success. Congratulations, Mic! 🎓💙
