Every child deserves moments like these. 💚

As another school year comes to a close, we celebrated with laughter, fun, and connection. From face painting and games to popcorn, snow cones, and a dunk tank, our carnival reminded us that joy, belonging, and community matter too.

Thank you to our staff, volunteers, and supporters who helped make this carnival a day to remember!

Meet Carolyn, a Psychiatric Physician Assistant at the Orchard Place Child Guidance Center! 💙

The Child Guidance Center serves as a safety net provider for youth ages 0–18 experiencing mental health adversity by offering therapy services, psychiatric and psychological assessments, medication management, school-based support, and childcare resources for families across our community.

Carolyn has worked as a PA for 2.5 years and is passionate about helping young people navigate their mental health journeys through compassionate care and treatment planning.

“I’m very passionate about mental health as I believe that why we do the things we do stems from how we view others and ourselves and helping others learn about that is very fulfilling. I mainly provide medication management for patients, but I also walk with patients through treatment plans and what would best help them in their mental health journey.” – Carolyn
