Connecting with our community ❤️

JLDM members had the opportunity to attend a Young Professionals event hosted by the Community Foundation of Greater Des Moines and United Way of Central Iowa. We loved connecting with other professionals who share a passion for getting involved and making an impact in Greater Des Moines!

Celebrating connection, friendship and service ♥️

JLDM Sustainers recently gathered for an evening of catching up, reminiscing and celebrating the friendships built through Junior League. A special thank you to Janis Ruan and Kathleen Stahl for graciously bringing this wonderful group together!

We’re grateful for our Sustainers and the lasting impact they continue to have on our League and our community. ✨

A special moment of leadership and transition for our League! ❤️

Pictured on the left, outgoing President Brooke Goldin, whose dedication, leadership, and countless contributions over the past two years have helped strengthen our League and leave a lasting impact. We are incredibly grateful for all she has done and thank her for her service.

Pictured on the right, incoming President Charlotte Porter, whose commitment and involvement have continued to grow since becoming an active member in 2021. Charlotte brings enthusiasm, strong leadership, and a clear vision for the future, and we are excited to see all that she will accomplish in her new role.

Please join us in thanking Brooke for her outstanding service and congratulating Charlotte as she begins this exciting new chapter of leadership.

We would like to thank the generous Sustainers that hosted events for their fellow Sustainer members this spring! With the help of these women, members and previous members have been able to reconnect.

We appreciate those of you who came out on April 21st to gather with Sustainers, active and previously active, at Wakonda for a happy hour.

Another big thanks to the 20 Past Presidents that gathered at Shayla From's home on May 5 to welcome our incoming President, Charlotte Porter.
