June is PTSD Awareness Month. Did you know that while effective treatments for PTSD exist, most people with PTSD don’t get the help they need? In fact, studies show that only about half of people with PTSD ever seek treatment.

PTSD can affect anyone—Veterans, survivors of sexual assault, serious accidents, natural disasters, or other traumatic events. The good news: treatments for PTSD really work and can help people reclaim their quality of life.

Let’s spread the word: Help and hope are available.

A huge thank you to Cargill for hosting the Cargill Corn Classic Golf Tournament this year in support of Children & Families of Iowa! We’re incredibly grateful.

Cargill presented Amy Stapp-Arpy, Chief Development Officer of Children & Families of Iowa, with a check, joined by Madeline Keough, Courtney Perreault, Heather Genners, and Tiffany Goodwin.
