We are humanitarian and philanthropists who are seeking to improve the welfare and reestablish social economic services for individuals facing west situation.
Our outreach worker is a person who:
• Promotes human welfare through social reforms.
• He or she is focused on protecting human lives and preserving human dignity.
• Humanitarians may also focus on providing relief from gender oppression, sexual orientation discrimination, and religious or national divides.
• Assessing emergency situations and working closely with local staff. coordinating and supporting the work of volunteers and staff. managing budgets. managing emergency activities and monitoring their effectiveness. producing response reports, recommendations and proposals for emergency intervention.
• Program reporting: The Outreach social worker will be expected to share insights, challenges and opportunities on program implementation during weekly calls and reports and final reports
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• Excellent verbal and written skills as well as, an overall ability to be clear and concise in all communications
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; proven ability to prioritize and deliver on time
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a dynamic, cross-functional global team structure
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and good spreadsheet
• Highly proficient in Microsoft outlook
EDUCATION
• High school graduate
• 3-4 years college graduate(bachelor degree in related field)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• master's degree in sociology, or social work or related field
• 2 or more years of work related experience
