Too many families struggle to afford wheelchairs, walkers, oxygen machines, hygiene supplies, and other essential medical items. That’s why we are starting the **Janyia Miracles Foundation** — to make sure no one feels forgotten during their hardest moments.

This foundation was created with love, compassion, and the mission to help those in need receive life-changing medical support regardless of their financial situation.

We are currently raising funds to officially launch and begin helping families in our communities. Every donation, share, and word of support brings us one step closer to changing lives.

Commemorates the resurrection of Jesus Christ, three days after his crucifixion on Good Friday Jesus, after being crucified by the Romans, was buried in a tomb. On the third day, Easter Sunday, the tomb was found empty, and Jesus appeared to his followers, solidifying the belief in his resurrection.

Caring for a child with special needs involves understanding the various types of equipment and supports required, including adaptive seating and modified car seats. Your child requires certain items not only for comfort but also for mobility. These essentials can be quite expensive, and insurance covers only 0. 1% of them. This situation makes it extremely difficult for you as a parent to raise the necessary funds, often resulting in failure. We have successfully raised funds for Janyia each year for various seats, thanks to the support from our community and the hosting of fundraisers. Over the last decade, we have given supplies and equipment that Janiya no longer uses to two orphanages in Haiti. I realized that I should establish a foundation for this significant cause, called the Janyia Miracles Foundation. Legal tasks have been completed, and we are set to begin. However, assistance from others is necessary to provide hope and support for as many children as we can.

Welcome!
I'm so excited to share about this new non-profit we're building. Our goal is to provide a lifeline for families facing the challenges of caring for a child with significant medical needs. We understand the overwhelming weight of these experiences firsthand. As a single mother, I know the constant juggling act – medical appointments, therapies, navigating insurance, and ensuring the needs of other children aren't neglected.
This non-profit will strive to:
* Fill the gaps: Provide essential medical equipment, therapies, and support not covered by insurance, including exploring options for siblings who often feel overlooked.
* Possibly Offer respite: Create opportunities for families to recharge and prioritize their own well-being, with a specific focus on providing respite for siblings to participate in age-appropriate activities.
* Build community: Foster a network of support where families can connect, share experiences, and find strength in each other, creating dedicated spaces for siblings to connect and understand their unique experiences.
