One of the many reasons President Boakai needs to appoint a constitution review commission.
Article 55, b

There shall be elections of Paramount, Clan and Town Chiefs by the registered voters in
their respective localities, to serve for a term of six years. They may be re-elected and
may be removed only by the President for proven misconduct. The Legislature shall
enact laws to provide for their qualifications as may be required.
Note: How will the people elect their chiefs, and you give the president power to remove them? SHM When was the last time you heard about town and clan chiefs' election? I will say when Tolbert was president.
How do we expect our country to progress when our leaders are not obeying and implementing the laws? public service in Liberia

Liberia constitution 1847
Article 7. No person shall be eligible to the office of President, who has not been
a citizen of this Republic for at least five years; and who shall not have attained
the age of thirty five years; and who is not possessed of unencumbered real
estate, of the value of six hundred dollars.

Liberia constitution 1985
Article 52
No person shall be eligible to hold the office of President or Vice–President, unless that person
is: a) a natural born Liberian citizen of not less than 35 years of age:
b) the owner of unencumbered real property valued at not less than twenty-five thousand
dollars; and c) resident in the Republic ten years prior to his election, provided that the President and the Vice–President shall not come from the same County

I supported JNB, but the below budget item on agriculture is not what you call increased support for agriculture. The so-called increase in Agriculture is salaries, maintenance, and nothing barely for innovative farming and production of our stable food. I exported the JNB government to have taken the zero-budgeting approach. See the budget line for yourself. Watch out for my video on the national budget.
"Agriculture Sector: Allocation for this sector is US$5.63 million, representing 0.8 percent of the total expenditure. Key
expenditure components include compensation of employees, capital spending, repairs, and maintenance of
warehouses in anticipation of increased harvests from investments in previous fiscal years." (LNB, p. ix, 2024)
