Over the course of the past several months, our Social Club crew has been learning from the Polk County Extension Office through their 'My Wellbeing' class. Our group learned so much about overall health and wellness. We had a blast with Virginia and Cassie! Thanks, gals!

Introducing Jamie Keller, Our New Team Developer

I am excited to announce that Jamie Keller has accepted the role of Team Developer.

In this position, Jamie will continue providing direct support services to many of the individuals we serve while also assuming responsibility for administrative functions related to client eligibility for our services. Additionally, she will provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to assigned ILS staff.

This role will help Premier Payee continue to grow as an agency by strengthening team effectiveness, supporting employee development, creating new opportunities for growth, and maintaining the positive, high-performing culture that is essential to our success.

Jamie brings a wealth of experience, knowledge, and dedication to this position. She has been instrumental in the growth of Premier Payee and has played a significant role in fostering the strong team culture we enjoy today. Over the coming weeks, Jamie will be transitioning into her new responsibilities while continuing to fulfill many of her current duties. Your patience, flexibility, and support during this transition are greatly appreciated.

I am confident Jamie will excel in this role and look forward to the positive impact she will continue to have on our team, the individuals we serve, and our organization as a whole.

Nancy Worden is the STAR Award recipient for September 2026. She is recognized for two very distinct accomplishments. Nancy organized a beautiful memorial service for two of our clients who lost their mother a year ago. She wrote up a wonderful, short biography of their mother and is working on getting a printed memorial program created for the clients to have as a keepsake. Nancy recently started as the primary staff for a new client and worked very quickly to get this client’s needs caught up and making sure she was involved in social activities. Great job Nancy! You are a valued member of the team and the support you give to the clients is truly amazing.
