Meet two of the incredible women joining us for the first-ever Tri-State Women Warriors Women Veterans Conference!

🎶 Sound Healing Session - We’re excited to introduce Melissa and Trisha, who will lead attendees through a restorative sound healing session designed to promote relaxation, grounding, and overall well-being.

Both Melissa and Trisha come from backgrounds in music and have experienced the profound impact sound healing can have firsthand. For the past four years, they have been co-owners of a nonprofit sound meditation studio where they’ve created a safe, welcoming space for people to slow down, reconnect, and grow in their own unique ways through the power of sound.

They also offer weekly sound healing meditations at their studio, and we’re excited to bring that experience to our conference attendees!

This conference is about bringing women veterans and service members together for a day of connection, resources, real conversations, learning, and fun!

Meet one of the incredible women joining us for the first-ever Tri-State Women Warriors Women Veterans Conference!

💪 "Discipline Without Burnout: How Regulation Creates Sustainable Results"

We’re excited to introduce Ashley Meyer, who will challenge the idea that women who already know how to execute, push, and perform simply need to push harder.

This session is about honoring the discipline women veterans already have while upgrading how it’s applied. Ashley will explore why hustle doesn’t always create sustainable results, how regulation can lead to greater clarity and better decision-making, and why friction is a signal—not proof that you’re failing or inadequate.

Attendees will leave with a practical tool to pursue their goals without self-punishment, depletion, or burnout.

Ashley works with founders, veterans, and driven professionals who want fulfillment, strong relationships, and measurable success—without burning themselves out to get there.

Lindsay Ostwinkle PT, DPT, OCS, ATC, presenting "Pelvic Floor Fundamentals: Promoting Healthy Habits & Effective Treatment"

We’re excited to introduce Lindsay, who will break down what the pelvic floor does, what healthy bowel and bladder habits actually look like, and how to recognize common pelvic floor concerns.

We’ll talk urinary urgency and incontinence, constipation, pelvic organ prolapse, bowel concerns, pain with intimacy, and more—including how pelvic floor physical therapy can help.

Real information about real issues affecting women’s health—without the awkwardness.

Today, Tri-State Women Warriors and the Veterans Freedom Center are teaming up to distribute backpacks and school supplies for children of military members and veterans!

A huge THANK YOU to Wounded Warrior Project for providing the backpacks and helping us make this possible! 🇺🇸❤️

We hit a new milestone this week! Thanks to all of our generous donors, multiple Tri-State Women Warriors were able to travel to the Iowa State Fair to walk in America’s 250th Birthday parade today!

Way to represent, ladies! Thanks to all who made the trip, especially Emily Pearson and Julie for leading the charge! And thank you Bama Ohnesorge for taking the opportunity to honor our girl, Robin.

Huge thank you to Runde Auto Group for their many contributions to our organization, including the sweet ride that allowed for a road trip filled with laughter, bonding time, and maybe a lesson on ChatGPT 😂.
