We wanted to take a moment to reintroduce ourselves — I’m John, and this is Lainey along with our two boys, Jedson and John Henry. We’re the ones behind Fed By Faith Food Pantry.

We want you to know we’re still here and still pushing forward. We’ve officially been approved through the Arkansas Food Bank, which is a huge step.

Right now, we’re working toward something bigger than we originally planned. Our goal is to become a county-wide holding facility for Prairie County, so we can serve more people and make a greater impact long-term.

Because of that, things may take a little longer than expected. Our hope is still to begin serving our neighbors in June, but we want to do this the right way so it can grow and last.

This morning is a big step for Fed by Faith.

At 10:30 AM today, we have our final state inspection — the last step before we can open our doors.

Our mission is simple: serve our neighbors and be the hands and feet of Jesus.

We’re building the team that will help serve the Arkansas Delta.

We are looking for Team Leaders and Volunteers as we prepare to open our doors.

Team Leaders will help organize sorting days, lead packing teams, and coordinate distribution efforts.
Volunteers will help sort food, pack boxes, and serve our neighbors with dignity.

God Is Moving 🙌

We’ve cleaned everything out (except the lift), scheduled our pest inspection, and set up our meeting with the Arkansas Food Bank.

Step by step, the Lord is opening doors and guiding this mission.

We’re getting closer to serving our neighbors in the Arkansas Delta.

Big step forward for Fed by Faith ❤️

Lainey and I spent time in training today as we continue working toward opening Fed by Faith. We’re encouraged by how everything is coming together and grateful for the guidance we’ve received.

Here’s what’s next:
• Cleaning out and preparing the distribution area
• Final inspections with the Arkansas Food Bank
• Getting ready to begin distributing food to our community

We are also officially starting to collect donations to help us get fully operational. If you’d like to donate or help in any way, please message this page directly. I’ll personally reach out and talk through next steps with you.

We’re excited to share that Fed by Faith is officially underway.

Right now, we’re in the foundation-building phase—working through grant applications and partnerships to secure the equipment and resources needed to safely serve our community. Our focus is on building things the right way from the start so we can provide food that is nutritious, safe, and distributed with dignity.

Our goal is to launch a local food pantry serving the Arkansas Delta, meeting physical, practical, and spiritual needs while strengthening families and bringing hope to our neighbors.

We’re grateful for the encouragement and support so far, and we look forward to sharing updates as we move forward. This is just the beginning.
