We meant to tell everyone yesterday, but in your goody bags there will be coupons for 1lb of free shrimp at 3Piers in Des Allemands that show expired. Due to our first date cancellation, they WILL honor the coupons, so ignore the expiration date.

We also want to send a heartfelt ‘thank you’ to everyone for another great day celebrating Tony. It means the world to our family that we can keep Tony’s spirit alive & all of you are a huge reason he lives on through all of us!!

COME ON OUT even if you aren’t golfing this Friday!! A $20 per person donation for walk ups is good for food and drink, and you can hang out and have a good time for a great cause!! You can also participate in raffles, 50/50, silent auction, games and more. Cash, Venmo. Or Checks accepted (we have no means to take credit/debit cards).

We are only 4 days away from our second attempt at this year’s tournament.

We are watching the weather forecast, but it keeps changing and is basically South Louisiana summertime weather, 50% chance of scattered rain throughout the day.
We do not want to postpone again and are going to do everything possible to make this event happen this Friday.

Hopefully we are blessed with no rain, but even if we have to deal with some showers, possible delays, or cart path only, we want to make this happen. Please bear with us and understand.

TAKING MORE HOLE SPONSORS
While postponing wasn’t what we wanted, it does extend the opportunities for more hole sponsors. If you, or a person/business you know, would like to sponsor the event, I can still get signs made. Hole sponsorship is $100. We will have a sign made with a logo and display it on a hole for the entire day of our event.

The new date will be Friday, July 10th for the 9th annual T-Wag Memorial Tournament.

I’m currently in contact with teams to discuss if they can still make the new date. Undoubtedly, they’ll be teams that the date doesn’t work for. So if you were not available before, but can make the new date, contact me asap to put a team in, and I’ll get you in if there’s room. I will start a waiting list and add teams as availability arises, on a first signed up basis.

We know it’s not ideal to fight Louisiana summertime heat, but options were severely limited. We will just have to find a way to stay ‘hydrated’.
