CLM’s Crisis Center services are designed to provide critical crisis care to individuals when it matters most. We offer 24/7 Walk-In Crisis Assessments.

Think of the Crisis Center as urgent care for mental health. We offer immediate crisis assessment and therapeutic support with a goal to help individuals stabilize and prevent the need for higher levels of care whenever possible.

Additionally, the Crisis Center provides “Somewhere to Go” offering a safe, up to a full day of therapeutic care onsite at CLM for individuals who would benefit from additional support for stabilization.

Our Acute Care Services team of clinicians, care managers, and peer support specialists are highly trained in crisis intervention and recovery-focused care.

AEF is excited to announce that Dana DeBoard has joined our board. He brings a wealth of community health expertise and knowledge the foundation.

Colleagues from Parkland's cardiology department were excited to participate at the Derry Fire Department's Fire Prevention Open House! The team had a booth at the event answering questions and providing information about cardiovascular services. Thank you to all who attended and stopped by the Parkland booth!

Here at Heaven’s Kitchen, we take our meals seriously, but we don’t always take our menus too seriously!

We pride ourselves on serving good, nutritious, top-quality meals, and we are fortunate to receive food from a variety of wonderful sources, including food wholesalers, generous donors, local grocery stores, reputable restaurants and catering services. We only accept food from sources that share our commitment to quality and food safety. Food safety is paramount to our program, and every meal we serve is prepared and handled with the same care and high standards we expect in our own kitchen. Every now and then, one of those sources will call us with an opportunity we simply can’t pass up: a surplus of delicious food that is available at the last minute. That’s where our Excess to Access program comes in! Our goal is simple, take perfectly good food that might otherwise go to waste and turn it into delicious meals for our neighbors. It’s a win for everyone, especially the people we serve. The only catch? Sometimes we need to switch things up at the last minute!

We know many of you appreciate the predictability of our weekly menu, and we’ll always do our best to keep you informed. But please know that the menu you see Monday morning may look a little different by Tuesday or Thursday. When that happens, we hope you’ll think of it as a fun surprise rather than a menu change. You might just get to enjoy something extra special that we wouldn’t otherwise have had access to! We’ll share last-minute changes on social media whenever we can, but sometimes the kitchen magic happens faster than Facebook or Instagram can keep up!

Our first priority will always be serving nutritious, delicious meals to those experiencing food insecurity, while making the most of every food resource available to us. This will also allow us to serve MORE MEALS.
