The Viviana Leon Memorial Foundation is deeply saddened by the passing of Logan Prescott, a courageous 13-year-old who fought a rare and aggressive brain stem tumor with remarkable strength and bravery.

After being contacted by our friends at Make-A-Wish and Great NH Restaurants, we were honored to find a way to support Logan’s family during this heartbreaking time.

The Viviana Leon Memorial Foundation Board of Directors has voted to assist the Prescott family with funeral expenses. While this is only a small gesture, we hope it helps ease some of the burden they are facing as they mourn the loss of their beloved son.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Logan’s parents, family, friends, community, and everyone whose lives he touched. We ask that you keep the Prescott family in your hearts during this incredibly difficult time.

A GoFundMe has been established to assist the family. In addition to their unimaginable loss, they are facing significant medical expenses and will need time away from work to grieve and support one another. We encourage anyone who is willing and able to consider making a donation to help the Prescott family during this difficult time.

Over the weekend, we learned of the heartbreaking passing of Mateo at just three months old. His family and close friends reached out to ask if the Viviana Leon Memorial Foundation could help during this difficult time.

After connecting with the funeral home, our Board voted to cover Mateo’s funeral expenses. While no gesture can ease the pain of losing a child, we hope this small act helps relieve some of the financial burden and allows the family to focus on grieving, healing, and supporting one another.

Please keep Mateo’s family in your thoughts during this unimaginable time. 💙

Just weeks before her third birthday, Parker was diagnosed with Stage 3 bilateral Wilms tumor, a rare kidney cancer affecting both of her kidneys. Since then, she and her family have faced an overwhelming journey of treatments, hospital stays, and constant travel — all while Parker continues to show incredible strength and bravery.

The Board of Directors of the Viviana Leon Memorial Foundation has voted to make a financial contribution to help support Parker’s family during this difficult time, allowing them to focus on what matters most — Parker’s recovery. Sending positive thoughts your way and hoping for a full and quick recovery.

There is a GoFundMe set up for Parker and her family we encourage anyone able and willing to donate to do so. Travel and time off work adds up quickly.
