Battling serious illness with your child is a hard enough challenge, we want to help take off some burden.

Just over a year ago Wyatt Halverson Hugs was created. It has been a challenge to say the least. Every story we hear brings pain. We feel for the families and the challenges they face. It also brings a feeling we can't explain. Knowing a family has one less worry as they fight ahead. This year so far we have helped families pay rent, mortgages and expenses. This was done because so many donated and helped the cause. Thank you to everyone that has given and helped along the way.

Last year was a slow year as we got started, raised our first round of funds, and started to get the word out. So far this year we have created the right connections to have families referred to receive a Hug. We have hit this year running as a 501(c)(3), and are spreading hugs to families battling serious childhood illness. In just 3 months in 2022 we have came close to exhausting all fund raising from 2021 to families in need. You can help these families also. Just visit our website and hit the donate button. Tomorrow is officially 1 year from when the Halverson families' journey started, dealing with childhood cancer. We have come a long way in the journey to helping share Hugs (financial support) with other families that are battling serious childhood illness.
