This summer, we were happy to welcome our partners from Avidd Community Services to the Ridgewood Y. It was a pleasure to share our facilities with them and be part of their summer experience. We’re grateful for the opportunity to build meaningful partnerships and create a welcoming place where everyone in our community can feel at home.

🥊 ♥️ Yesterday was Ryan’s last day with us, and we’re going to miss him so much ♥️

We’re so grateful for places like AVIDD that give opportunities to bring incredible people like Ryan through our doors !

Everyone deserves an opportunity to work, learn, grow, gain experience, build their résumé,make friendships, and be given the same opportunities as everyone else .

Ryan, we’re going to miss the cup wall towers you worked so hard to build. In fact, people even started moving the bikes a different way because they saw how much pride you took in your work and didn’t want to knock them over. That says everything about the impact you made.

We’re also going to miss your Disney Pixar movie knowledge (and yes, I stand corrected it’s not Pixel ! 😂),
your energy, your honesty, your kindness, and the way you always brought your authentic self into the gym.

We couldn’t be prouder of you. There is nothing you can’t accomplish, and we truly believe you’re going to do amazing things. Whoever has the privilege of working with you next is going to be incredibly lucky.

So walk with your shoulders back, your head held high, and never forget who you are. There is so much waiting for you, Ryan. You were born to stand out and you definitely did that here.

We’ll miss you. Thank you for being part of the No Labels family. Once family, always family. ❤️🥊
