F3 Denver NC This page represents and supports the men of F3 in Denver, North Carolina. Workouts take place thro F3 is Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith. Each leads to the next.

Our workouts are free of charge and open to all men. They are held outdoors — rain or shine, heat or cold. Men who participate also lead the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary. Workouts end with a Circle of Trust.

The Murph!
Typically we do this on the last Monday of every month. But May is special. We complete the Murph EVERY Monday, with a grand finale on Memorial Day. 0530 start time, but 0700 on Memorial Day. But what if you suck at pull-ups? No worries, just come get stronger and suck less!
