Nominated for the 2024 Better Lives Makeover by Greg Williams of Markham Restaurant Supply, Village2Village's Hope Village has big goals for it's Fort Smith, AK, location.

"Village2Village supports children and families who are facing difficult challenges by helping to break the cycle of addiction, poverty, and abuse," explains Greg. "They are developing a campus with the intention of serving the various needs required for healthy child development."

Strata's nonprofit organization, Cooking Up Better Lives, has selected a winner for the 2024 Better Lives Makeover: Hope Village in Fort Smith, Arkansas 💜

Hope Village is a campus of Village2Village, a nonprofit that has been assisting children-at-risk in Uganda, Thailand, El Salvador, and Greece for 14+ years.

With this kitchen makeover, Cooking Up Better Lives will assist Hope Village with their goal of feeding 50-100 people per day, 5 days a week, bringing positive change to the Fort Smith community and beyond.

Lots of progress and big changes happening at The Lily Pad Cafe! So exciting!

Take a look at The Lily Pad's gorgeous new patio!

The Bryan T. Lampton Patio is looking absolutely amazing!!! Very excited to see the circular pattern completed around the fountain as our landscapers will be using 12x12 concrete pavers and cutting them to make the circle. Seeing all of the sponsored bricks/pavers as you walk towards the Watkins Construction & Roofing Fountain will be a daily reminder of the impact this amazing community has had and will continue to have on The Lily Pad! Can't wait to share more photos/updates!
