Denver's Urban Camping Ban was passed by city council May 2012. The Ordinance makes it illegal to cover or shelter yourself from the elements. Despite evidence that this bad law is harming rather than helping our unsheltered fellow humans, few businesses have had the courage to speak out against it. In March 2014, the United Nations Human Rights Committee called laws just like Denver's "Urban Camping" Ban CRUEL, INHUMANE AND DEGRADING. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IM6eXpJVuIA
