During her Gala speech, Ilham shared that she was actively interviewing and hoping to break into the technology industry. Today, we’re honored to celebrate that she officially landed the role.

Ilham’s journey is a powerful reminder of the resilience, talent, and determination that New Americans bring to Colorado’s tech industry every day. We know this opportunity is just the beginning of a long and successful career in tech.

A huge thank you to Abby, our Denver Public Schools intern, for spending the last 10 weeks helping TechNation Careers strengthen our social media presence!

Abby brought fresh ideas, valuable insights into our social channels, and incredible creativity to our content efforts. We were especially proud to see her deliver an amazing final presentation to her family and our staff highlighting all of her hard work and accomplishments.

We are so grateful for this partnership with Denver Public Schools and for talented students like Abby who help move our mission forward. Thank you, Abby — we can’t wait to see all that you accomplish in the future!

We’re still buzzing from last month’s gala — what an incredible evening of connection, celebration, and generosity! ✨

Thank you to everyone who joined us to support TechNation Careers and our mission of helping New Americans build meaningful careers in the technology industry. Because of this amazing community, we raised over $93,000 to support refugees and immigrants as they pursue opportunity, stability, and belonging in Colorado’s tech workforce.

We’re so grateful for every sponsor, donor, volunteer, partner, and guest who made the night so special. We can’t wait to do it all again next year! 💙

TechNation Careers’ Gala, “A Story Still Being Written,” was an incredible success!

Thank you to our community of supporters, sponsors, and advocates who made the night so meaningful.

Because of you, we raised $93,803—funds that will support New Americans as they rebuild their careers, pursue opportunities in technology, and move closer to achieving the American Dream.

This impact goes far beyond one evening—it helps us continue opening doors, building careers, and strengthening our community.

Thank you for being part of the story.
