Register for DDLP's Class Presentation + Applications Open for 2023 Class!

The 2022 Downtown Denver Leadership Program Class Project challenged participants to study 'What it Takes to Build a 15-Minute City' and to identify opportunities in downtown Denver to advance this timely vision. With a deeper understanding and appreciation for the collaboration, innovation and inclusivity needed to create a vital and vibrant downtown Denver, the class will present their findings and share their experiences. Please join us TOMORROW, November 17th at Venture x LoDo to celebrate!

Applications are now open for the 2023 Class! This class project will focus on "Exploring an Open Streets Culture in Denver: Activating and Placemaking." For more information, check out the program packet and apply by December 16th.

Each year, the Downtown Denver Leadership Program (DDLP) class collaborates to unravel the complexities of building a city by tackling a project that is relevant to the work of the Downtown Denver Partnership and weaves together the various pillars of city-building.

Over 200 CityBuilders gathered in the Golden Triangle for a night of inspiration and thoughtful discussion. We started our night off with appetizers and mojitos (courtesy of CUBA CUBA) at Citizen West 10 on their 6th floor amenities deck that provides gorgeous views of the neighborhood and Denver skyline. Attendees continued their evening by venturing to The Evans School for thoughtful conversation and a strolling dinner.

Orion founded The BlackTravelBox with the goal to bring natural hair, skin, and body products to travelers of color. This line of TSA-friendly products helps Black and Afro-Latinx travelers look and feel their best on the road. Her passion for businesses and brands also led her to build a non-profit consultancy where she helps clients strategize and scale their organizations.
