This young man opened a hot dog stand on the front porch of his home in North Minneapolis. After receiving complaints from local neighbors, the City of Minneapolis stepped in, not to give him a citation and shut him down, but assist him, teach him and get him the correct license. Then, the Bike Cops for Kids stepped in to spread the word as we biked the neighborhoods. His business grew fast and people from around the Twin Cities were coming in to support the Jaequan Faulkner's Old Fashioned Hot Dog Stand. The cops in North Minneapolis then bought him a mobile hot dog stand so he could bring his business on the road.
