We’re climbers who love Tahoe and are proud to call it home! These are exciting times for the American Alpine Club! See you at the crag!

We aim to provide an environment where climbers of all levels will feel safe to learn and are encouraged to push their comfort zones by a community of like-minded individuals. We are growing in numbers and climbing, in general, is growing in popularity. We are excited to represent one of the most prominent climbing club throughout the country here in the Tahoe area. Come join our online community, join us at our climbing events, help us in conserving our climbing areas, and in promoting good climbing education.
