Reflecting on the wonderful evening honoring 20 young people out of over 100 nominations that are determined to build tools for themselves and their communities to navigate adversity. This was the 40th year of the Adams County Mayors and Commissioners Youth Awards. Thank you to Julie Duran Mullica for your beautiful speech, all our Commissioners for their continued leadership of this event, our Adams County Government, CO city partners and officials and all the staffs that come together to regionally show investment in the diverse young people of Admas County. We had the best sponsors and students received financial awards to help them on their next steps.

Partners who work with youth in Adams County, please complete.

The Adams County Children, Youth, and Young Adults Discovery survey is part of an effort by Adams County, in partnership with Piñon Advising, to better understand how children, youth, and young adults are supported across the county.

The goal of this survey is to gather perspectives from youth-serving professionals across systems on what is working well, where there may be gaps, and what priorities matter most. The information shared will help guide future conversations and planning grounded in real-world experience.

This is an exploratory effort focused on listening and learning. It is not intended to propose changes to current programs or funding, and it should not be interpreted as a sign that existing investments are at risk. Instead, the survey will help shape future discussions and identify key questions to explore together.

Responses are anonymous and will be summarized at a high level. As this work continues, some participants may be invited to take part in a small, short-term working group. Completing the survey does not require any additional commitment.
