Shoutout to our amazing Mentor Destinee Lara ❤️ She SHOWED OUT TONIGHT and represented the program so well at the DSST Elevate Back 2 School Night! We had so many sign-ups and engagement. She has been a huge impact to the success of this team and we appreciate her entire being🙏🏾 and a little appearance from one of fav babies Dede 🤣❤️

As we approach the new school year, we wanted to give an extra shoutout to our The Lounge kids and seniors and graduates 🥲

We started this program in 2019, but we found a home officially in 2021. Many of the kids you see in the picture started with us and we’ve truly had the honor to watch them grow and be amazing young people. They show up, they’re intentional and we are so proud of them!

We will start programs again in September in the Montbello area, I’ll keep you posted!

If you have any youth from ages 10-24 that needs a safe space, we’re here for you 😌

Let's DO THE WORK TOGETHER 🤝

Earlier this summer, we offered space to be more intentional with the work needed to support our youth. SO many of us do the same things, in the same spaces, but we don't work together.

Here at The Lounge, we want to change the narrative of the city, which will overall improve the health of our community‼

Join us, we want to work with you❤

Good Morning, we here at The Lounge hope all is well and that you have a great day! Remembering our vision for the future of our youth is one of the most important things to us. Please we encourage you to continue to uplift and give kind words of encouragement to EVERY one you pass by. A simple smile and hello goes a long way! 🫶

Happy Monday All,
The Lounge is still pushing forward and working hard to reach our fundraising goal of $5,000 to support our youth and mentor program.

We are incredibly grateful to all of our supporters who continue to pour into our youth. Your generosity, encouragement, and belief in our mission make a lasting impact on the lives of the young people we serve.

Every donation—big or small—makes a difference and helps us continue providing guidance, support, and opportunities for the young people we serve.

We're not there yet, but with your help, we can get closer to our goal. If you're able to contribute, please consider making a donation and sharing this post with others who may want to support our mission.

Thank you to everyone who has donated, shared, and encouraged us along the way. Your support means the world to our youth, our mentors, and our entire organization.

Every dollar helps. Every share matters.
