Jiminy Wicket

Jiminy Wicket Creating connection, laughter and smiles across the generations Playing together, they both smiled.

We train and equip high-school and college students to host our Through Hoops to Hope croquet program as an outing every two weeks for the residents of a local senior community. We believe that playing together creates connection and well-being across generations.

In 2008, on a summer vacation by the coast in Cornwall, England, James Creasey discovered new connections with his father in the sil

ence and confusion of his dementia. James returned home to Denver, Colorado and founded Jiminy Wicket. Since then, we have played croquet with people from 107 different countries, from 2 years old to 101 years old.

Can you help me?
My organization, Jiminy Wicket, is conducting a pilot study for a National Institute on Aging grant to research why our inter-generational croquet program improves the social well-being of older Americans who are living with Alzheimer's disease.
This pilot study needs to begin in 2 weeks.
I need 8 Empatica E4 wrist sensors for this study, (https://www.empatica.com/research/e4/).
It takes the manufacturer 4 weeks to deliver. Do you know anyone using these who could lend them to me for just one week in mid February?

The E4 wristband is a wearable wireless device designed for research: acquire continuous physiological data in real time.
