We have valued the support and the trust given to us through the years to instruct our clientele. Due to COVID19 related reasons we shut our hall April 10th, 2020. Due to COVID19 we will be suspending classes. During this hiatus practice footwork and lunges. Exercises suggested pushups with proper form to the max in one minute. Pair this with knee to elbow crunches as well to exhaustion. Every other day switch to tricep dips and deep lunges with similar structure! Be safe, be smart, and be well.

We are glad to announce that we are moving our Colorado Springs location to Results Fitness Rx. We haven't been posting due to this shift! Colorado Springs will now train at 6015 Galley Road. Thank you to our South group members for sticking it out at the firehouse. We do this for our group in appreciation & thanks. Speaking of, don't forget to thank our instructor Jarrett for his hard work and dedication without which this wouldn't have been possible. Other news is also in the works and will likely roll out next quarter for Colorado Springs students. See you at our new place on Friday for open sparring!

Congratulations to our competitors this weekend in Denver Historical Fencing Academy's teen tournament we partnered with; they took both GOLD: Tyler Aubuchon (right) and SILVER: Vincent Candelaria (left) this weekend. We are proud of you and impressed with your technical fencing, dedication, development in our school, and your application. We all know how hard you worked to earn these.

We have been busier than ever between workshops, a new retinue of students, expansion in Colorado Springs, and sparring nights. The weekend with Martin Fabian was stellar and we appreciate DHFA for hosting the event. Everyone of our people was glad to help support the local HEMA community. To our students in attendance; you had excellent behavior and contributed your entire selves to the weekend. Thank you to all the new people in our group and here's to community building in Colorado.

Hard at work with Bolognese sword and buckler via Manciolino last Sunday. We used non-compliant drills (full speed and strength sparring) to focus on core concepts & appropriate form.

Students this quarter are working through Marozzo's side sword & buckler. They are halfway through the 1st assault technically as well as practically.

Aindreas was glad to be a part of the recent tournament DHFA held in Denver. Thanks to the organizers, judges, & fighters that attended. Our instructor's matches were rousing & difficult. We await the next iteration of this tournament. Support HEMA in Colorado and start learning today.
